Poutine: The Classy Way
Poutine made with Baked fries, Italian Sausages, grated le Petit Québec cheese, and Basil all soaked in Gravy. Yummy Canadian goodness.

Pretty thin gravy.
It should be thick and resting atop the fries like a beret!
